Yoga at Anchorage - Term 2

Yoga is a great way for children to find peace in their busy week!

Michelle is so excited to return to Anchorage for more fun yoga classes in Term 2. This term your child will learn how to mindfully move their bodies through yoga stories, songs and dance. They will also learn to be comfortable sitting in stillness and silence - we do this by introducing engaging mindful activities to help lay the foundations for a meditation practice.

Yoga classes will be held at Anchorage at 10am on Tuesdays and will run for a full 10 weeks.
